Echoes in Film – Lime & Salt
Na meer dan 30 jaar in de muziek, en het schrijven voor talloze artiesten, besloot ik eindelijk nummer 1 van mijn bucketlist af te strepen: een eigen countryalbum schrijven én zingen. Niet om beroemd te worden. Niet om anderen trots te maken. Gewoon omdat ik het zélf wilde.
Onder de naam Echoes in Film breng ik het album Lime & Salt uit. Een plaat vol verhalen, recht uit mijn hart, met dank aan mijn muzikale vrienden die mij hebben geholpen om deze droom waar te maken.
De meeste nummers zijn geïnspireerd door mijn favoriete films – vandaar de naam Echoes in Film. Elk liedje voelt voor mij als een kind: liefdevol gemaakt, met zorg grootgebracht.
Op 15 juni 2025 stuur ik ze de wereld in. Ga... en vermenigvuldig je. En bovenal: geniet – ja, geniet – van het leven.

After more than 30 years in music, writing for countless artists, I finally decided to check off the number one item on my bucket list: creating my own country album—written and sung by me. Not to become famous. Not to make others proud. But simply because I wanted to.
Under the name Echoes in Film, I'm releasing Lime & Salt: an album full of stories straight from the heart, brought to life with the help of dear musical friends.
Most of the songs are inspired by my favorite films—hence the name Echoes in Film. Each song feels like a child to me: carefully crafted, lovingly raised.
On June 15, 2025, I'm sending them out into the world. Go… and multiply. And most of all: enjoy—yes, truly enjoy—life.
